SmartMLS has a customer-facing portal that allows you to manage your personal information (for instance, the email address and phone number that appear on your listings). This portal, known as Internet Member Services (IMS), is accessible through the Smart Agent Profile button on the Member Dashboard:
Once you open up the IMS portal, you will see this screen:
You can then:
- Pay your MLS bill.
- Change your credit card information.
- Change/delete your agent phone number.
- Change your email address.
