After downloading the Immoviewer App, if you do not remember your password, you can reset it right from your phone as long as you have access to the email account associated with your account. It is important to use the email address that you have associated with SmartMLS. These step by step instructions will walk you through the process:
After Downloading the Immoviewer app, you can choose the option that says 'Forgot Password?'.
Enter in the email address associated with SmartMLS and click 'Reset Password'.
You will receive an email shortly after with password reset instructions. Please double check spam or junk folders if you do not receive the email. Click the link in this email and it will direct you to the next step. If you do not have the email account on your mobile device, you can always log into your email on a PC or Mac and proceed as directed.
Enter your new password. Repeat the password in the second line. Click 'Reset Password'.
You should now be able to log into your Immoviewer account via the app on your mobile device.
