If you are an office admin/manager and you have been authorized to access all transactions for the office, there will be a drop down menu in the upper left of your Agent Dashboard that allows you to switch from your personal login to your Team's account:
Once you switch to the Team account, you will then be able to access any transactions, tasks, contacts, etc. that have been setup for the entire team.
You may notice a red bar that appears across the top of your screen- this alerts you to the fact that you have switched to the Team account.
In addition to being able to access your Team's TransactionDesk data, you can also click the Broker Tools icon in the menu on the left side of the screen, which gives you a plethora of management features:
To switch back to your personal account, just click the blue hand in the upper left corner:
That will log you out of the Team account and back into your personal account. The red bar will disappear from the top of your Agent Dashboard.
