The only way to change your MLS password on your own is through the Forgot Password link next to the logon fields:
After you click the link and verify your agent ID, you will be sent an email that will allow you to reset your password. If you reset the password, it has to meet all of the following criteria:
- Password must be a minimum of 7 characters.
- It must include at least 5 letters.
- It cannot match any of your previous 3 passwords.
- It cannot contain your first or last name or your agent ID.
If you do not immediately see the email to change your password, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

Outside of using the forgotten password link, your only other option is to contact SmartMLS during normal business hours and ask us to change the password for you.
Unfortunately, you are not able to change your password through the Smart Agent Profile section of the member dashboard.
