In these days of social distancing, it is vital to come up with ways for sellers to show their properties and for prospective buyers to be able to get a good look at a listing, all without having anyone actually setting foot on the property. Pre-recorded virtual tours and live streaming open houses are great tools to accomplish this. Consumer portals, such as Zillow, can display links to these tours, so the general public can access this information on demand.
*** Note: currently, Zillow is unable to display virtual tours on Land listings. ***

If you have already scheduled a live streaming open house for your listing in Matrix, that information (including the link to access the live stream) will automatically be passed on to the listing in Zillow. When the listing is viewed on Zillow, it will indicate that there is a live streaming/virtual open house right beneath the public remarks:
When you click Save Event, it will save it to your calendar! The link will be available once the event is live.
