It is permissible for a seller/homeowner to conduct a live streaming tour/showing of their property in the absence of their list agent. The list agent and seller would collaborate on the logistics (choosing the platform, setting up the date/time, etc.). This is an excellent option for on-demand guided tours with an interested buyer's agent.
If the seller chooses to conduct a recorded, guided virtual tour of their property (not one that is streamed live, in real-time), all branding rules still apply as if the list agent were the one hosting the tour. The seller can be out in front of the camera during the tour, but cannot mention the list agent/office or any other branding information. Any discussion during the tour has to remain solely about the property and its amenities.
