How much of a balance can I have and not get suspended?

Obviously, we prefer that you pay the entire amount you owe when we bill for MLS and Key fees.  But we also understand that, sometimes, an incorrect amount can be submitted to us, leaving a small balance.  

When the due date of our bi-annual invoices arrives, we will not shut you off if you have a balance of $10 or less.  However, if your balance is more than $10, your services will be suspended and you will also incur a $25 late fee.
