There is a fairly good possibility that the Elevate Morning Report, or any other email sent from Elevate, could get caught up in an email filter and not make it to your Inbox, but rather end up in a spam or junk folder.
- All Elevate system emails are sent from Info@YourElevate.com
- All Elm Street Technology Support emails are sent from email@example.com
We recommend adding these addresses to your mail program's address book- that should help make it so all future emails from Elevate, including Morning Reports, make it to your Inbox.

The article was created for making Matrix a trusted sender, but you can use it as a guide to making Elevate a trusted sender- just replace the Matrix address (SMART@northeastmatrixmail.com) with the Elevate addresses (Info@YourElevate.com and firstname.lastname@example.org).
