Elevate end user support
Since the migration from Listingbook to Elevate, users are encouraged to reach out to Elevate's end user support.
They have a website, http://tryelevate.com/upgrade/, set up specifically to help Listingbook users navigate the new Elevate platform. The site includes getting started videos, links to training webinars (both upcoming and pre-recorded sessions) and a robust FAQ page. You can also open up a live chat with an Elevate support rep (Success Coach) directly from this site.
