The site includes getting started videos, links to training webinars (both upcoming and pre-recorded sessions) and a robust FAQ page. You can also open up a live chat with an Elevate support rep (Success Coach) directly from this site.
Their support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, but they will extend that to 6pm right after cut over to make sure new users have ample support during the transition. Additionally, their team monitors after hours and weekends and has representatives on call in case of system outages or emergencies.
