You can configure Matrix to send you notifications for many different features surrounding the client Portal.
Click the drop down arrow next to your name in the upper right corner and click Settings:
When the Settings screen opens, click Portal Notification Settings:
From there, you can trigger ASAP email or text notifications, or daily summary email notifications based on ten different activities surrounding the Matrix Portal:
If you have chosen to get text notifications, make sure to enter your cell phone number and provider in the fields at the bottom of the screen.
These settings can be adjusted anytime.
