When an office Broker, Manager or Admin is logged into Matrix, they have the ability to add/edit listings for any agents within the office.
The first step in the process is to select the specific list agent from the drop down list of agents. By default, that list will only show those agents who currently have active/editable listings.
If you are part of the office management hierarchy and go to add a new listing for an agent but do not see their name in the list, it is likely that they do not have any active/editable listings at the moment.
All you have to do is put a check in the Show agents with no listings box, and all agents within the office will be in the list:
Any agent whose name is light grey and has (0) at the end has no currently active/editable listings.
Select the desired agent and then you should be able to continue.
