Purchasing keyboxes

SmartMLS keyboxes can be purchased at either of our locations (Norwalk and Wallingford), as well as at any Fairfield County Board of Realtors office.  Hartford, New Haven and Waterbury area keyboxes are purchased at their respective offices and are not SmartMLS's responsibility.

They cost $108 per box (onetime fee) and come with a defective product replacement warranty.  

We can program a specific shackle code for them when they pick it up, if they do not want to use the pre-programmed shackle code already assigned to the box.
