No property information displays (Data Co-Op)

When you do a search for an address in Data Co-Op, it plots the property on the map with a red pin, but when you click on the pin to get parcel information, nothing comes up:

You have to zoom in further on the map in order for the information to come up.  If you are too far out, nothing will come up.
