When an agent transfers to a new office, their new/updated information does not automatically update the banner at the top of Listingbook. They have to manually update that information themselves.
Go to the My Account tab and click on the Settings button:
Go to Personal Information to update your name, phone, email, etc.- the information that displays on the left side of your Listingbook banner.
Go to Your Images to update your photo (left side of banner) or company logo (right side of banner).
Remember to save your changes.
