Concierge Mode

Concierge mode is a setting on an auto email where Matrix will send any listings that match a contact's saved search to the agent first (instead of just automatically emailing all matches directly to the contact). 

It is the agent's responsibility to choose (approve) the listings they want the contact to receive.
